No-Bake Peanut Butter Bars
These no-bake peanut butter bars are rich, creamy, and incredibly easy to make. With just a few ingredients, you’ll have a delicious treat ready in no time.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Line a square baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the peanut butter and honey until well combined.
- Stir in the rolled oats until fully incorporated.
- Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips in the microwave or on the stove and spread the melted chocolate over the oat mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into bars.
